Manuia Plantation sees itself as the 'initial intervention' that parents and educational consultants can incorporate when dealing with an adolescent in crisis. Manuia Plantation's therapeutic, yet intense program helps adolescents put the brakes on a life spinning out of control and helps them start again.

Manuia Plantation is not a "Boot Camp." Manuia Plantation will build positive, nurturing relationships based on trust. Manuia Plantation will teach, inspire and motivate, focusing on strengths. Manuia Plantation teaches its core values through its unique 'team setting' and challenging team activities, cultural immersion, community service and environmental awareness education.
